A Little About Me

Welcome - I'm Rachel, and I'm so glad you're here. Born and raised in Sonoma County, CA I've always been told I was "too sensitive." Over time, I've discovered that this sensitivity is actually one of my greatest gifts - the very quality that allows me to hold space for my clients with care, clarity and attunement.

 

In 2003, after the birth of my second child, I enrolled at the San Francisco Institute of Esthetics and Cosmetology, driven by a desire to better understand skincare and cosmetic chemistry to support my child's eczema. This training sparked a lifelong journey exploring the connection between "as within, so without", bridging body, mind and energy. 

 

Over the last 20 years, I've expanded my toolkit in holistic health, somatic work and energy healing. My training includes:

-The International Dermal Institute and PCA Skin for advanced skincare

-National Holistic Institute, Massage Therapy Certification

-Asheville Yoga Center, Yoga Teacher Certification

-Reiki Master through NC Reiki Training Center

-Tuning Fork Sound Healing training with Acutonics

-Crystal Healing Certification through Love and Light School

-Workshops at Barbara Brennan School of Healing and Bauman School of Nutrition

-Tarot Card Reader

As an intuitive empath and mystic at heart, I bring my gifts of Clairtangency, Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, Clairsentience into every session. Combined with my years of training, this allows me to work with clients as whole, unique beings, supporting subtle-body integration, nervous system regulation and energetic alignment.

Each session is a co-created, somatically rich experience, designed to help you move out of your head, settle into your body, and connect to your subtle field- leaving you balanced, attuned, and renewed.
