A Little About Me

Welcome — I’m Rachel, and I’m so glad you’re here.

Born and raised in Sonoma County, CA, I’ve always been told I was “too sensitive.” Over time, I’ve discovered that this sensitivity is actually one of my greatest gifts — the very quality that allows me to hold space for my clients with care, clarity, and attunement.

 

In 2003, after the birth of my second child, I enrolled at the San Francisco Institute of Esthetics and Cosmetology, driven by a desire to better understand skincare and cosmetic chemistry to support my child’s eczema. This training sparked a lifelong journey exploring the connection between “as within, so without” — bridging body, mind, and energy. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve continued to deepen my education across holistic skincare, bodywork, somatic practices, energy healing, sound, and intuitive arts. This diverse training forms the foundation of the work I offer today.

As an intuitive empath and mystic at heart, I bring my gifts of Clairtangency, Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, and Clairsentience into my work. Combined with my years of training and hands-on experience, this allows me to work with clients as whole, unique beings — exploring the relationship between the body, nervous system, energy centers, and the experiences we carry within them.
